There is wear on the finish to the stripes around the lamp.
Tarnishing/ware to Gold areas - base, etc.
All lights work, it has a night light in the bottom that can be turned on by it's self or with the top light.
When you turn on the nightlight in the base you can see a flaw on inside in the finish. (See pics)
Top large lightbulb is not included, but night light bulb is.
