In preowned condition: natural wear/patina to the gold tone coating, the mirror shifts a little inside (is secure though) and a few small spots on the mirror. There was one nylon brush cluster that came out while I was cleaning the brush but it easily slides back in. Made in the USA. Belonged to my grandmother.
