Description: This Lidded Compote is a fine piece of Czech glass. This beautiful Czechoslovakia Ccompote stands 1 ft tall and is 5 1/2 “in diameter across the bowl. The bowl itself is amber with a greenish tint to it; this is cut into clear with a stunning crystal ruffle like border on the edge of the lid and base of the bowl. The pedestal is crystal and has a thick scalloped like design that holds the bowl and runs down to a swirl in the base.Maybe Moser Glass for it is a high quality luxury crystal manufacture founded in 1857 and based in Karlovy Vary ,Czech Republic.This Lidded Compote is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks.
