Stamped “Empire Made”, so made for the English market. Unexpanded, the internal circumferrence is 14 cm (5.1/2 inches). It can expand very widely from there, however, it would probably look best on a small wrist. It measures 11.75 cm deep (just under 3/4 inch).

Coasters measure 76 mm diameter (3 inches) so may fit some wine bottles as well as wine glasses or spirit tumblers. Star design in the base glass. Rims are 18 mm high (about 3/4 inch). Stamped as sterling on lower rim. Condition is very good - the silver is slightly out of round here and there, nothing that can’t be straightened. The glass has an internal mark (like a shallow chip, but there is actually no glass missing). Very useful items and as well as being very decorative.

Gold tube-lined decoration around the rim, and gold highlights elsewhere. Porcelain vase, measures 29 cm high and 19 cm wide handle to handle (11.1/2 inches by 7.1/2 inches). Excellent condition body, no chips or cracks. The paint has a few marks above the poppies on the front (see photo) - nothing ugly or serious though. The maker’s mark underneath is Royal Nippon, and Handpainted, Studio, green dragon emblem . A very attractive vase. Circa 1900-1910.
