Description: Offering this wonderful old watercolor painting of a country farm cottage on an old dirt road. Colors and details are excellent! Painting measures as seen, 20 3/4 x 12 3/4 inches; set in teal green acid free matting (new), protective glass covering; wood frame with pie crust trim - black finish with gold inner band. Wire hanger on back. Good+++ on painting, no holes or tears; frame has very minimal wear marks that only add to the charm. The painting is signed Frances (I belive it is )Slater - the "A" is missing, there also looks to be a date under her name, but it is not legible except for the number 2. This paining is older, approximately late 1800's - to early 1900's. A lovely painting for your home or office!
