Wood Box, Chip Carved, HInged Cover, Duck, Goose Scene

Description: A wood box with heavy hinges and very sturdily made. Believe it to be handcrafted. Wonderful workmanship. Scene of a duck or goose flying out of a marsh on the cover, Tree scene on the front. Chip carved detailing. The sides, front and back are of 3/4 in. thick wood. Measures 10 x 6.26 in. and is 5 in. tall. Perfect to hold an outdoorsmans accessories or for any purpose in a cabin or game room. I find no damage .

In the '50's era this was usually given to the high school senior girls as a token gift in the hopes you would purchase a full size cedar chest. Measures 10.5 x 5.5 in. Stands 3.5 in. tall. In very good, undamaged condition. No Key.

Description: A wonderful cedar box that has been handcrafted and decorated with inlaid hardwood strips. The grain of the wood and finish is very attractive. Beautiful workmanship. Felt padded feet and bottom, so it won't scratch a shelf or table. Measures 9 x 6 in. and is 4 in. tall. Domed lid gives this box a sleek style. Goldtone metal hinges and closure. Fabric lined. In very good usable, displayable condition. No makers mark and best guess is this was produced in the '60's-'70's era. Perhaps earlier.

Presented by Brockmeyer Lykin Inc. In very nice condition. Still has the paper sticker describing their cedar chests on the bottom. No Key.

This miniature cedar chest was given too a high school graduating senior or as a complimentary gift when a full size chest was purchased. In very good condition, there is a paper label on the bottom explaining the construction of the chests.Use to store small treasures and display with pride.

Perhaps the lady couldn't make up her mind? No key is available. Perfect to store your small treasures.
