| This member accepts the following forms of payment: All shipping charges are clearly indicated in each description, and we will be happy to provide a volume discount if you order 2 or more items at the same time.
We accept PayPal, money orders, cashiers' checks and personal checks. PayPal payments can be made to "thecatspjs@optonline.net". Checks and money orders should be made payable to "Richard Vanore" and sent to "PO Box 2742, Fair Lawn, NJ 07410". All payments must be made in US Dollars only.
For international purchases, we accept two types of payments: credit card payment via PayPal with a verified user address, or an International Postal Money Order. All payments must be made in US Dollars. We do not accept Western Union or make any refunds of excess monies received, so please take that into account before you order. We do not accept direct bank transfers or cashiers checks on a non-US bank. We hold postal money orders for clearance, which may take up to 18 business days. Please see our shipping policies for a list of countries we are currently shipping to. | We normally ship on Tuesday and Friday. If payment is made via PayPal, money order or cashiers check, merchandise will ship on the next shipping day. Personal checks will be held until they clear the issuing bank, which may take up to 5 business days. Unless otherwise noted, you should expect domestic shipment by USPS Priority Mail to take about 3 business days. Parcel Post and UPS Ground are also available if requested. Insurance is included in the quoted shipping rates. International shipping is available at this time to Canada, Great Britain, Ireland, Western Europe, Australia & Japan. Shipment will be by USPS, so please contact us for shipping rates. All customs documentation will accurately reflect the contents of the parcel to which it applies. Please do not ask for any exceptions to this rule.

| If that rare occasion arises where you feel you must return an item, please contact us by e-mail at "thecatspjs@optonline.net" for return instructions within five (5) business days of receipt of your item(s). Upon our receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will issue a refund for your item(s) if it is returned in the same condition as it was sent to you excluding any shipping/insurance costs for which you were responsible. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Buyer will also be responsible for the original shipping/insurance costs unless the item was substantially misrepresented in the item description.
All returns should be sent to "Richard Vanore, PO Box 2742, Fair Lawn, NJ 07410." Returned merchandise must be received by us within fifteen (15) days of the date from which you contact us regarding the return. There are no restocking fees or other charges not disclosed above.
