| This member accepts the following forms of payment: All major credit cards can be used through paypal to pay for your purchase. This is the safest way to use credit cards on line. We also accept money orders and Western Union. Payment by paypal must be made in 3 days to hold your purchase. Money orders must be received within 7 days. If payment is not received, order will be cancelled. Orders will be shipped within 3 business days after payment is received. If paying with paypal we will only ship to your confirmed paypal address. |

| We ship USPS Priority Mail Insured for all US orders. International orders are shipped USPS Air Parcel Post. Please inquire if you have a special shipping need. We offer next day express service for an additional USD 10.00 handling fee. We must have completed orders by noon eastern time. Shipping quoted at time of sale. Shipping on clocks is $45.00 plus insurance to US addresses. Once a clock is sold it goes in the shop for lubercation and adjustment. This will add 3-5 days on the shipping time. A packing fee of 2.00 - 7.50 will be added for very fragile items. |

| Please purchase with confidence. We're certain you will be happy with your purchase. We take extra care to fully describe our items, including any flaws. We offer a 7 Day return policy. You must notify us if you are returning within 3 days of your receipt of the package for return instructions. Return package must be received within 7 days of the date you contacted us regarding the return. Only the purchase price will be refunded. Buyer is responsible for all shipping and insurance charges. If We take extra precautions to pack our orders to prevent any damage and breakage. If despite our efforts, your order does arrive damaged, you must work with the carrier to file the insurance claim. Do not return the damaged item to us unless instructed to do so. This will void the insurance, making it impossible for us to give any refund. If you paid by credit card the Merchant Fee of 5% we be deducted from the total retail. |
