This member accepts the following forms of payment: PayPal for credit card payments, Money Orders, Cashiers' and Personal checks.
ALL INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES MUST BE PAID FOR WITH PAYPAL.
We do not accept Western Union nor Checks, Money Orders or Cashiers checks from a non-US bank.
All payments must be made in US Dollars.

After you submit your order, you will receive a personal confirmation email from us within 24 hours or less verifying the availability of the item(s) as well as the shipping & insurance charges.
Please do not send any payment until you receive this email from us, as items are subject to prior sale from our brick & mortar shop and may have been sold before we were able to remove them daily from the website.
If payment is made by check, we will hold the item for you for an additional 10 to 15 days until our bank clears your check. Current applicable fees will be charged in cases of bounced checks.
Your order will be held for 10 days. If payment is not received within that time, the hold will be removed and the item returned to stock.

SHEET MUSIC IS PLASTIC SLEEVED WITH BACKERBOARD AND SHIPPED IN A BEND RESISTANT ENVELOPE WITH CARDBOARD BACKING.
All orders shipped to addresses outside of the U.S. will be shipped by U.S. Postal Service.
Insurance is a small additional charge if you desire.
We recommend insurance for all sales, as we are not responsible for packages once they leave our hands.

OUR RETURN POLICY: We're certain you'll be happy with your merchandise. We take extra care to fully describe our items, including any flaws.
If you have any questions about the item(s) you are ordering, please contact us before placing your order.
We offer a 7 Day return policy. If you are returning an item, you must notify us within 3 days of your receipt of the package for return instructions. Return package must be received within 7 days of the date you contacted us regarding the return.
Only the purchase price will be refunded.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping & insurance costs, which will not be reimbursed for any reason.
OUR DAMAGE POLICY:
We take extra precautions to pack our orders to prevent any damage and breakage. If, despite our efforts, your order does arrive damaged we will quickly supply any required documents for Insured purchases. It is the buyer’s responsibility, not the sellers, to file claims resulting from loss or damage in transit.
We do not give refunds, etc., for in-transit loss or for transit-caused damages to uninsured orders.
