This is a beautiful old pitcher. I believe it was made in the south like North Carolina or Georgia just by the looks of it. This pitcher I believe is hand thrown in what looks like yellow clay. It has a applied handle & a pulled spout and a high brown gloss glaze with a dark blue drip glaze. This drip glaze can be seen in the light otherwise it is hardly noticeable. Pitcher is 9 1/4 " tall and is 6 1/4 from tip of lip to the other side. It has a small piece broke or cracked on the side of the lip & glued back and a flea bite where the glaze did not stick.
