I cannot make out the name of the artist.This plate has beautiful gold gilt trim that is intact, that surrounds a lovely floral design done in whites, Pink and greens. This plate was done in the utmost quality. The plate bears the marks of the double circle with W.A Pickard upon the Rosenthal name in green.
