The marriage of china and glass makes this vintage cake plate unique. The plate has a design of pink roses with violets and buttercups and an elaborate embossed rim. It measures 10.5 inches across and has some scratching at the center and a little wear to the transfers, but no chips, nicks or cracks. The cake plate sits on a light pink pressed glass pedestal that's about 3.5 inches tall and 4.5 inches across at the base. This cake plate is not only unique, but pretty and functional as well.
