Stands 7 in. tall overall, The tumbler that fits over the decanter is 3 in. tall and serves as a cover when not in use. The decanter is 5.75 in. tall. Handpainted with a pretty white and green Lillies of the Valley pattern. Appears to be quality glass but is unmarked, so I can't tell you the maker or ascertain the vintage with certainty.
