Book measures 7 1/4 x 4 1/2 inches - good++ conditon; brown cloth hardboards with detailed raised floral design on front; gold gilt title band on front and spine. Cover condition is good++, no spine cracks, light edge wear; clean, one tiny white spot & two teeny holes in spine hinge on front cover. Pages are crisp, mostly clean - a few have a tiny spot in the margin area, does not affect reading; first title page has onion skin covering which has caused slight age darkening over the years. Illustrations throughout are very nice.
