View Larger Image   Vintage Doll, French? Composition, Metal, Fabric   Description: This doll has a plaster or composition head with a blond wig. The feet are of fabric. The hands and arms are metal. She wears an elegant blue dress with a wire frame at the hemline and stands 12 in. tall. I can find no makers mark. Purchased from an estate so no verifiable information was obtainable. Best guess is this doll is from the early 1900's. She does have issures with paint flaking on the face. Please view the images closely. Also wears a net and lace petticoat. Apprears to me to maybe be of French origin?
