View Larger Image   Elephant Bookends, Ebony and Bone.   Description: Lovely vintage bookends - an elephant with his tusks against a book. Elephant have all their toenails and tusks in what is probably bone, not ivory. The book part is also inlaid, as is the base. On the outer side of the book is “Ceylon”. Bookends each measure 14.5 cm high and 17.15 cm long (5.3/4 inches by 6.3/4 inches).
