Description:
These spoons were used in colonial days to powder the wigs worn by colonial gentry. It is characterized by the three lobed handle pattern. The design evolved from earlier designer know as ‘Trinity Spoons’ and in its day was popularly called ‘hinds foot’ (deer foot) as it’s slim shape suggests. Today the spoon is used as a sugar spoon. Not sure of type of material made. Price reduced.
