View Larger Image   Audels Masons & Builders Guide 4 Vol 1927   Description: This is a rare red color covered 4 volume complete set of Audels Mason & Builders guide books, copyright by Theo. Audel & Co, New York, 1924, reprinted in 1927. Overall good condition, red semi-hard boards, clean, with some minor bumped corners, and vol. 1 has some of the red cloth worn off the spine. The gold gilt lettering on spines is good except for a little wear on vol. 1, no spine cracks, fraying, but some darkening on the red covers in places, the gold page edges are in great shape, only minor wear. There is a crease on the vol. 4 front cover that has ripped the inside front paper, but the front cover still looks pretty good on the outside. Pages are very clean, on all volumes, no stains, tears, or missing pages, binding is tight. A nice set of books covering brick laying, foundations, plaster work, design, concrete, and more.
