View Larger Image   Conta Boehme Spill Vase with Child.   Description: Lovely little German porcelain spill vase, by Conta Boehme, the famous makers of 19th century fairings. Depicts a small boy climbing a floral stump, which is the vase part of the ornament. Typical of the maker is the fine detailed painting of the child’s face and the delicate little flowers on the stump. All hand painted. Measures 10 cm high and about 6 cm wide ( 4 inches by 2.1/4 inches).
