Celtic Rose Four Toed Nut Dish, Clear Glass, Indiana
Description:
This charming little nut dish has a dogwood blossom at the base and four tiny feet on which it stands. The Celtic Rose pattern is often mistaken for the Killarney pattern, but Celtic Rose has ribs around the sides, while Killarney has horseshoe shaped medallions. Celtic Rose was produced in the early 1900s. There is a little roughness on the inside edge, but this nut dish is in otherwise excellent condition. It measures 2.25" tall and is 4.5" wide across the mouth and would make a lovely accent piece in any room.
