View Larger Image   Pair Edwardian Inlaid Bedroom Chairs.   Description: Dainty mahogany chairs, inlaid with classic design in ivory, satinwood and fruitwood. Sheraton revival styale, circa 1901-1910. Back of chair is surmounted by a classic cornice style motif, with little “vase” finials. Ivory stringing to back, turned and tapered legs. Back legs sweep out, and seat has a thumbnail detail to the edge. Upholstered in possibly original carpet bag fabric. Excellent condition. Chairs measure 89 cm high, 39.5 cm wide and 41 cm deep (35 inches high, 15.1/2 wide and 16 inches deep). These are beautifully made and well-detailed chairs, in very good condition.
