View Larger Image   Clear and Ruby Glass Vase, Sterling Silver Rim. 1905.   Description: Edwardian period glass specimen vase - it is clear glass with ruby glass in an organic shape (rather Art Nouveau), with a silver capping to the neck rim. The silver is hallmarked as sterling, and dated for London 1905. Vase measures 19 cm high and the base is 6.8 cm diameter (7.1/2 inches by 2.3/4 inches). Condition is very good, with some dents and one nick to the silver of the rim. A couple of small minor scuff marks to the glass, and a small dent - which is a firing fault, this would have been handmade blown glass.
