View Larger Image   Japanese Bronze Dish with Gilding.   Description: 19th century bronze dish with woven copper edge - the centre oval bronze plaque has a scene of two men winnowing rice. Their clothes and dishes have gilded highlights, and there are gilded flowers surrounding them. The edge is copper, woven to look like basket weave. Whole measures 21 cm by 24 cm (8.1/4 inches by 9.1/2 inches).
