| Description: |
This oriental tray has an intricate design of flowers in deep red with green accents. It has a blue floral center offset by a red medallion, which in turn is surrounded by a deep blue oval detailed in gold. There are two small lighter blue birds on the sides, alternating with two more red flowers. The eight sided tray has a geometric border in blue and red, also trimmed in gold. The tray is 11.5" across and in excellent condition with no flows noted. The maker's chop appears on the white back of the dish, which is trimmed in blue and accented on the long sides with red and blue florals. A nice heavy porcelain tray for display or service, this dish would be a welcome addition to any collection of Japanese china.
