Good++ condition, no spine cracks; bottom and top corners are slightly bumped in, very little wear on the cover and spine, a few small dents noted on the front cover board. Pages are clean; no tears or scribbles, slight age toning only a few minor food smudges, all in the margins. Hinges are secure. This book bears the old tab indexes for each category (slight edge rolling and toning, still readable). A great old recipe book filled with hundreds of wonderful recipes! Size is 7" x 10.5".
