Very good condition, clean, no spine cracks, mild corner rubs. Pages are very clean and white, we couldn't find any food stains, that's rare in an old favorite cookbook like this one. This book bears the old tab indexes for each catagory (very slight edge rolling and toning, clean and very minor age toning ). A great old recipe book filled with hundreds of wonderful recipes!
