Soft dark blue leather boards, very clean, no spine cracks or stains, handsome gold gilt lettering on spine, light edge wear; page edges are also gold gilt on all three sides. Inside covers front and back are beautiful marbled paper. Silky thin pages are clean and tight, no scribbling, stains, or tears. Excellent full page illustrations throughtout.
