This wonderful ginger jar is made in Japan by Andrea by Sadek and has its foil label intact. The floral design is deep dusky ruby red on a white background with extensive gold trim. A smaller design appears on the back of the jar, and an even smaller flower is found on the lid. The finial is trimmed in gold, as are the borders and the flowers themselves. The jar stands 6" tall and is about 4" across. A lovely piece of china, sure to be appreciated by anyone.
