View Larger Image   Morris & Bendien Lithographs Behind Curved Reversed Painted Glass   Description: Two lovely Lithographs by Sandra' and copyright work by Morris & Bendien of New York. The ladies are dressed in Victorian Attire. The brunette has a table with glasses and pitcher on wrought iron furniture in reverse painting. The red hair lady quaintly turns around in her chair to look at you, she is sitting in a wrought iron chair painted in reverse on the curved glass. Both ladies have Chinese lanterns hanging above them and Weeping Willows in the background all painted in reverse. There are people in the background on each picture. One set is a couple and the other is a mother with her child. This seems to be on a Plantation setting. They measure 8" by 6". There is a bit of warble to the paper around the edges where it is fitted into the frame behind the glass. The lady who is turned around in her chair has a little slit in the paper where the hanger is on the back. It blends in with the Chinese Lanterns and I had never noticed it before I took these photos.
