The picture on vase is of two ships sailing on a lake with trees and various plants and brushes against a beautiful purple mountain background .Around the neck is dark red moriage like flower trimmed with gold scrolling. Vase also has raised gold scrolling on the base and is marked on the bottom in green, NORITAKE over wreath with the letter M in the center and Made in Japan.
