View Larger Image   Teapot, Dragon Motif, Antique   Description: This is an antique teapot that has a dragon motif. Stands 2.75 in. tall plus the bentwood, twisted vines handle. Measures approx. 6 in. diameter. The applied decoration does have a broken fang? of f the dragon. Please view images carefully. also the lid has a crack. I believe the age of this teapot would be in the early 1900's. Perhaps earlier. Acquired at an estate sale so was unable to get much information. I think the porcelain piece applied with oriental writing would be the signature of maker?
