View Larger Image   Knife in Wood Sheath, Handcrafted   Description: This is an unusual knife that appears to be handcrafted. Measures 25.5 in. overall. The hilt is approximately 5.5 x 2 in. The handle is loossely leather wrapped. It has a crudely carved eagle on the handle. The blade is approx. 20.5 in. long and about 2.5 in. wide. I don't know why the blade has holes in it. The wood sheath consists of 4 layers of wood. Best guess it is from the early 1900's or perhaps earlier. Condition is good considering its age.
