View Larger Image   Statue, Goddess of Liberty Reverse Painting   Description: A fabulous reversed painting of the Goddess of Liberty, Statue of Liberty that is framed with a gilt wood frame and is painted on the backside of the convex, glass. In good, displayable condition. Measures 22.25 in. x 16.5 in. including the 1.5 in. wide frame. The back has been recovered with clean brown paper. I believe this painting would be from the 1930's-1940's era. I think the artist used aluminum foil as part of the midriff to add reflection.
