View Larger Image   Native American Beaded Pillow   Description: A beaded souvenir pillow handcrafted by Native Americans. This is the type that used to sold as souvenirs to tourists. I think probably from the Chippewa tribe as it was from the Mille Lacs Lake area in Minnesota. Measures 9 in. diameter. A 6 pointed star with beadwork of crossed American flags and beaded loops surrounding the edge. One loop is missing. It needs a cleaning and does have a tear in the fabric on the back side. Sold as found as I am uncertain as to how to clean it. I believe it is from the '30's era.
