7/8\'s 1860\'s Wade and Butcher Wedge With Blonde Horn Scales SHAVE READY For Sale

I am an avid straight razor collector, restoration expert, and honer. I started this hobby a bit over a decade ago and have had the chance to properly give new life to some old blades. Recently, I have decided to sell a fair bit of my personal collection to give others a chance to own a fine shave from a nice razor. All razors will be honed with 1k, 1.5k, 5k, 8k, and 12k shapton stones and stropped on englishbridle. This straight razor is a great Wade and Butcher wedge made, from my best approximation, in the 1860\'s to early 70\'s. The blade measures 7/8s wide and 1/4 inch thick with a high-quality mirror finish. The razor has minimal hone wear and very little pitting as can be seen in the photos. The scales are pressed blond horn in great condition. The razor comes to shave ready in the original coffin box.
