Up for sale is a promo that was givenaway by United Artist Pictures as the distributor for Walt Disney of the first Mickey Mousefilm in color\"The Band Concert\" in 1935.
It is a wood hinged box that open ups to reveal a black and white image under glass of Mickey Mouse slipping on soap from Steamboat Willie. There is a wood panel inside the box and when you pull it up the image turns to color. On the back of the box is another image of Mickey Mouse under glass. The box comes with its original cardboard box that it came in.
I\'ve only see one other of these and it was not in as good condition. You may have seen in the pasta metal knock-off of this promo that was made in Argentina in the 1980\'s or 1990\'s. On its front it has an image from the first Mickey Mouse Comic / Book.
