ANTIQUE 1900 BOSTON ROLLER POLO CABINET CARD PHOTOGRAPH SET UNIFORM FORMAL WEAR For Sale

This is an original set of cabinet cards featuring the 1900 Boston Roller Polo Team in both their sports uniforms and in formal dress. The two photos came side by side in an antique photo album and we are selling them as a pair. Each cabinet card measures 4&1/4\" x 6&1/2\". Both have minor wear from age including scuffing to the corners. I have done my best to photo any condition issues up close. The images are circa 1900 and feature the team members (and ostensibly coaches and alternates). There are nine men in the team photograph featuring the Boston uniforms and eight men in the photo featuring the team in formal dress. While the men are placed differently in each photo, they are the same men. This is a rare find not only because the sport of roller hockey was so short lived but also because this pair of team photos shows two different views of the team members.
