Hand painted globe.Milk glass shade aprox. 14” round X 6 ¾” high.Edges seem quite good forthe age which I would estimate dates back to the 1800\'s. No big nicks or chips or any cracks.
Not tarnished but possibly left over polish compound turnedgreen on portion of brass. I did not attempt to clean any of it.
Pulley mechanism spring is quite dirty. I did not want topull hard and break anything so I feel it will work once its properly cleaned.Diameter at the ceiling 7:.
