Superb example of Art Deco lighting featuring a lovely nude young lady standing in front of her cabinet on a stepped base. She is elegant and graceful, apparently deep in thought, she is also bronze and beautiful. Yes this lamp is bronze, not spelter or aluminum, not that cheap \"bronze coated resin\" junk, this is the real deal bronze. This lamp is a copy of \"Serenite\" by Pierre Le Faguays, aka Fayral, aka Guerbe who worked out of the Max Le Verrier studio in the early half of the 1900\'s. Originals are almost identical with subtle differences rarely coming to sale, when they do they sell for around $5,000.00. You can Google search to see the originals, or go to maxleverrier dot com. Features include: marble base with felt bottom, twist on/off switch, I believe it is Kokomo \"shearwood forest\" slag glass shade, 2 candelabara sockets, only use 7 watt or fluorescent bulbs, anything higher causes excessive heat inside the bronze cabinet. Demensions are as follows: height 17\" width 8\", length 8\". She is free of any defects other than factory casting variations and quite heavy.
