Last complete fan picture is for viewing only.These fans run at such a high rpm, it\'s scary. Fantastic manufacturer. Smiley face rear motor design cut outs. 110v. AC or DC. No switch, No cage, broken blade. Fan does run great. Currently, I do not see an example of this fan in the AFCA website gallery. I\'ve seen this fan with different names on the ID tag, such as Russell Electric and this one is by National Electric. I have added a picture of a more complete one which is not available just to view. These are very hard to come by.
