Art Deco Saturn ORANGE / PINK Painted Glass Lamp from 1939 with factory painted stars, moon and planet.This is not a reproduction.
The inspiration was the space theme of that World’s Fair as well as the sphere and cone base of the Fair.
SIZE: It measures 11\" tall and has a 5” wide base.
CONDITION: This lamp is an original SATURN LAMP in good condition with very little paint loss as shown in pictures. Paint is somewhat \"weak\" but 95% intact.

It works well and displays beautifully whether lit or not.
GLASS: The glass is very good with only very minor flakes around the finial (inside of top half of globe). This is not at all visible when assembled.
METAL & HARDWARE: Metal parts are original. It has good, working socket, switch and hardware. The cord is new, making this lamp immediately safe and usable!
This lamp makes a great presentation for Art Deco or World’s Fair collectors or space collectors.
