-Condition: Brand new & can be fully disassembled and assembled;-handle :The Tsuka (handle) core is wooden and it is tightly wrapped over genuine Ray skin (Samegawa) with silk Ito.The Tang of the sword is secured by two Mekugi (peg) . you can unassembled the blade from the handle by taking out 2 pegs. Two copper Menuki (ornament) are on each side of the Tsuka.

-habaki/seppa: (blade collar/spacer): made of brass&;-Sheath (Scabbard): made of hard wood andray skin . HIGH QUALITY lacquerwork be shine with describe; solid sageo also rolled both side of kurikata to match sword\'s tsuka-ito.-Package Includes: 1 * Assembled katana Sword with saya 1 * Katana Bag ;

Blade: -The blade of the sword has been hand forged using the ancient method of sword making. Full hand forged, hand polished and hand sharpened.-The blade was made of T-10 high carbon steel, and it has been laminated in a Maru style with a clay temper line. A special clay was applied to the blade by hand, using a thin covering near the edge and a thicker layer over the rest of the blade. this results in a relatively quicker cooling of the edge during quenching, producing a hard edge and softer back. the beautiful real hamon on the blade was also result of the differential cooling of the blade (quenching and tempering).-This blade has been hand polished with multiple grade sharpen stone by Japanese method, which made the surface of the blade like a mirror, the blade is also very sharp.-The tip of the blade is a shaped shinogi-zukuri, and with chu kissaki and real yokoto; it was well defined with the hamon going all the way through the Boshi.-This blade comes with a full length Tang which greatly enhances the strength of the sword. this sword is strong enough to cut through a thick bamboo tree with a single strike yet sharp enough to slice paper.-This KATANA is for those who want a real sword. The sword is made in the exact same method of the ancient Japanese process of making swords and is sharper than a razor. The accessories of the sword are all authentic from the ray skin handle, silk sage-o and copper fittings. This is the best sword you will find in the price range and nice work
