Bronze Sculpture of Abraham Lincoln by Academy Award Winner Merrell Gage
This outstanding sculpture features the iconic 16th President with his top hat in hand, mounted on wood and marble. Measurements: 22\" high, base is 10 1/2\" by 7 1/4\". This is number 2/30.
About the artist: Merrell Gage (1892-1981), world renowned artist and distinguished professor of art at the University of Southern California, held major commissions in both sculpture and portraiture all over the United States, and even abroad. He even worked with Gutzon Borlum on Mount Rushmore.
