This is a wonderful Chelsea Clock & Barometer set mounted on a unique 36\" wide transom board made of some exotic wood. Clock & Barometer both are 4 1/4\" in diameter. Really uncertain as to whether the transom board was done by Chelsea or by some creative person interested in the Nautical side. If you go to the Chelsea website, you will see these sets range from $1,200 to $4,500. What a great gift for that special someone who is a boat enthusiast. Just beautiful.
