1980, RETIRED, ORIGINAL EDNA HIBEL PRIMA ARTE OVALE TAKARA WHITE PLATE with ORIGINAL GOLD BOX, CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY and REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE. Pre-Owned in new condition, no chips, cracks, repairs or other damage, in blue velvet lined gold box, with original Certificate of Authenticity and Registration Certificate. Box is in good condition with some wear. The Registration Certificate has been partially used, but the Transfer of Ownership card is still intact. Magnificent oval art piece, crafted by Rosenthal China, in 32 colors plus gold on the finest quality, pure white, hard paste porcelain, Porcellana Blanco. The Prima Arte Ovale series was a Limited Edition produced in 3 colors (White, Cobalt and Gold Backgrounds), for a total of 2000 pieces produced in all three colors. This is the extremely Limited Edition on pure white, plate #W-49 out of 700. This exquisitely detailed plate features a stunning depiction of a young Japanese girl, Takara, which means \"treasure\" in Japanese. The edge of the plate is lined in 24 carat gold. Measures 11” x 14” oval.
