RARE is all I can say. This was a Sold Out show!The unused ticket alone is worth my asking price! To have an UNUSED TICKET - WITH THESE SEATS, IS UNHEARD OF and truly makes this ONE OF A KIND! This ticket was for someone involved in Illinois government who was unable to make the show and I have kept it in a protective sleeve for all those years and the only time it was touched was to pull it out for framing! It was framedusing acid free materials and UV Glass by a professional framing company! BEAUTIFUL FRAMING JOB & SUPER RARE!!!A true gem!!!Framing costs for this were $227.00. The item hasbeen stored in a climate controlled storage facility that I have literally outgrown and it\'s time to sell a few items.I have worked in the entertainment / music business for over 29 years and the huge collection of items I have amassed from the numerous artists I have worked for over the years, needs to be trimmed down quite a bit.Everything in my collection that I am sellingI had the band sign and then framed many of the items with the intent to one day display in a bar /grill / gallery type business.
