A fairly rare design which reflects New Mexican Rio Grande aesthetics. With banded ends including and early Beading style, Central Cross with banded diamond interior, serrated slashed corner designs typical of the late 19th century shoulder blankets and the narrow bands of vegetable green, aniline orange/red and blue/purple dyes in the field.
