An evil looking full-figure cel setup of Ratigan from this 1986 Disney classic! It\'s been matted and framed with a hand-painted background. We\'re not sure if it\'s from the film or not, but it looks amazing and it IS hand-painted. Watch the movie and find out!
The cel has 3 ares of issues and we\'ve included pictures so you can see all three: his thigh, his shoulder and his face. Each area has some cracking and separation. And we cannot be certain that the paint won\'t come off in shipping - that is common once there is cracking.
It comes with the original COA on the back. And it is framed and ready to hang. We\'ve cut 3 sides of the back-paper to verify the background inside, but left the top intact, so it all hangs just fine.
The frame is approximately 17\" x 14 1/2\". Frame has minor scratches.
