Beautiful oak cased Howard Miller no 136 Key Wind Gong Strike movement Regulator clock

May need a good cleaning or adjusted. I\'m not a clock expert by no means. The pendulum moves for a few min. Then stops. Gongs on half hour and hour. Maybe I don\'t have the clock even like the directions suggest.
Case is in excellent condition with a few scratches on the back.
