Signed in lower right hand corner by artist Justin Tso. I am not an art specialist, so I can\'t grade the reprint, all that I can tell is that it there are no seen defects showing in the framed portion.
The plexiglass has spotting on it, so you may want to replace it, but you can only see the spotting up close.
